One — President Trump says the end of the Russia-Ukraine war may be near. Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Zelensky for about an hour yesterday and said it was a very good call. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the call was focused on what he and Russian President Putin talked about yesterday so they could align both Ukraine and Russa in terms of what they are asking for.
Two ---- A man accused of pointing a gun at CIA headquarters in McLean, Virginia today is in custody. The incident caused a large police response to what officials called a barricade situation. A SWAT team and bomb squad were reported to be on the scene.
And number three — The Federal Reserve is not changing interest rates. It comes as Fed Chair Jerome Powell has said they are not in a hurry to cut rates. Meanwhile, tensions remain between the U.S. and trade partners as President Trump moves forward with tariffs.

One — Elon Musk is surprised by the level of hatred coming from the American Left. Musk was addressing the fire-bombings happening at some of his Tesla dealerships across the U.S. since he's started working with the Trump Administration. Musk says Tesla is a peaceful company and has never done anything wrong.
Two ---- President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order to gut the Department of Education. The president's order will direct Education Secretary Linda McMahon to take all necessary steps permitted by law to dissolve the Department. The move has been months in the making and will help the president fulfill his campaign promise of returning education power and decisions to the states.
And number three — Officials stopped more than 900 pounds of cocaine from entering Canada from Port Huron. Canadian Border Services Agency officials identified two commercial narcotics shipments that would be coming to the country from the U.S and increased truck examinations. One truck was found containing 200 pounds of cocaine while another truck was stopped with 700 pounds of cocaine inside. Both drivers were residents of Canada.
