Lots of work to do—lets get to it—Here are 3 big things for this hour—
Number One— The government shutdown is dragging on—I learned from some of my TSA friends in Virginia—they have not missed a check yet—the next one is due Friday and it should be only a bit lower than normal—I will tell you why—
Number Two— In yet another shocking revelation you will hear almost nothing about anywhere else—The FBI is now admitting that under the Biden Administration—they openly spied on a dozen Republican Senators—we will take a deep dive on this today—
Number Three— The reason you will not hear about this spying anywhere else? Because the majority of the big players in media are left of center, hate President Trump and Republicans and are just as happy to call people like me White Supremacists, Nazis and of course fascists—because in the absence of a coherent or cohesive argument—they focus on name calling and smearing—BUT maybe, just maybe that is going to change!!!

Larry Behrens, energy expert and Communications Director for Power The Future, joins Steve to break down President Trump’s move to end the so-called “Green New Scam”, a sweeping reversal of Biden-era green energy mandates and subsidies.
Behrens explains what this decision really means for American workers, the economy, and energy independence, and why Democrats are falsely crying “politics” over a policy shift that could finally bring accountability to billions in taxpayer-funded green projects.
They dive into how the radical climate agenda has enriched political insiders, burdened working families, and weakened America’s power grid, and why Trump’s rollback might just be the reset our energy sector needs.

Three leaders from Reven Holdings, Brian Denomme (President/COO), Peter Lange (CEO), and Michael Volk (Chief Strategy & Compliance Officer), join Steve to discuss the latest major legal development in their ongoing fight with the SEC over the frozen assets of their once-promising drug, RJX.
A federal judge has refused to dismiss Reven’s lawsuit, instead demanding more clarity on whether the SEC’s sweeping asset freeze, which halted all company operations and research, amounts to an unconstitutional government “taking.” The ruling could have billions of dollars in implications and potentially reshape how far federal agencies can go in enforcement actions.
The Reven team shares their side of the story, how a “miracle drug” meant to save lives was stopped cold, what’s next in court, and what this fight means for innovation, investors, and patients nationwide.

Here are 3 big things you need to know—
One — President Trump is appealing a judge's order that blocked his deployment of troops to Oregon. A federal judge on Saturday granted a temporary restraining order against the administration that would stop National Guard troops from being deployed outside of an ICE facility in Portland. The judge ruled a trial court would likely find that Trump overstepped his authority.
Two --- House Speaker Mike Johnson says Democratic lawmakers clearly are to blame for the government shutdown. Appearing on NBC's "Meet the Press," Johnson said the reason the government is closed is because Chuck Schumer and 43 other Democrats have voted multiple times to keep it closed. Top Republicans on Capitol Hill are vowing not to cave in to Democrats' demands.
And number three --- Two teenage girls are dead in what the NYPD believes was due to subway surfing in New York City. Local news reports say it happened around 3 a.m. Saturday in Brooklyn. Police say first responders found the two teenagers unconscious at the station and performed CPR but were unable to resuscitate them. Police are still investigating the exact cause of death.
