Here are 3 big things you need to know right now—

 

Number One— The soon to be fired head football coach at Michigan State University, Mel Tucker, who is accused of sexually harassing a rape survivor—decides to insinuate race may be a factor—

 

Number Two— Ford is laying off hundreds of workers who lack parts to build anything—and Chrysler could close 18 plants as a result of the UAW strike against the companies—what will GM do?

 

Number Three— There is a lot of anger in the halls of Congress these days and on the streets of America—

 

It seems the discontent is growing—and people are more frustrated by the day—and while the media might want you to think that its only the Republicans that are in disarray—the facts point to something else altogether—

 

But the GOP is certainly fighting an internal war—and the current battles are being fought over more spending being put forth in a continuing resolution to fund the government—as we as a nation have crossed the $33 Trillion dollar debt mark—

 

A deal cobbled together by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy fell apart Tuesday—as hardline conservatives are rejecting the deal as just more of the same—and I honestly think I have to agree with them—I mean when was the last time anyone in Washington from any Party actually cut spending in any meaningful way? Try never on for size—I mean not that I can remember—

 

Those opposed to just going along say the idea of Republicans once again signing on to a so-called clean continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown—would once again leave the GOP emasculated—with not one bit of negotiating power left for them to use on anything—

 

One proposal put forth by the Freedom Caucus that found support from the more pragmatic Main Street Caucus would fund government for one month—BUT it comes with an 8% spending cut—and attaches a border security measure—BUT without the E-Verify portion—

 

And that sent some Republicans including several that one swing districts in New York last time around—to admit they will work directly with Democrats on a deal to avoid a partial Government shutdown that will come if a deal is not put together by September 30^th—

 

All of this is being played out against the backdrop of Kevin McCarthy losing support of Republicans from all corners of the Party—

 

There are huge fractures that hardliners and moderates seem hard pressed to overcome—

 

But the hardliners are not apologizing—including some that have not been in Congress long—BUT have been abused in socialist countries previously—ones that say America is drifting far to the left—and it puts the entire country in peril if we do not right the ship and return to our roots of free-enterprise and capitalism—

 

But its not just the hardliners that are angry with Kevin McCarthy—

 

And remember it took how many votes for him to get the gavel? Was it 15—something like that—and in order for that to happen—you may recall McCarthy had to make a lot of promises—to just about everyone—and now those bills are coming due—AND its not just the Freedom Caucus folks demanding he honor the promises he made—BUT more mainstream conservatives are also voicing disapproval for his failure to deliver on what he said he would do—

 

BUT don’t think for a second that its just the Republicans that are facing the winds of change—or more accurately huge storms inside their Party—

 

Democrats may want you to believe everything is running smoothly for them—BUT that is certainly not the case—

 

Fear is rising on the left—because Joe Biden is getting rejected in his re-election bid by more and more voters that pulled the lever for him in 2020—and are completely disenchanted with his performance in the White House—and that has some Democrats in a near full blown panic—because right now it looks clear that if the rematch with Donald Trump were held today—the 45^th President would also become the 47^th—and if Kamala Harris somehow gets the keys to Air Force One—Donald Trumps margin of victory would grow dramatically—

 

And if you factor in the Green Party candidate Cornell West—a far left activist and nut job—Trump wins by even a wider margin—so now the progressive power brokers are working frantically behind the scenes—desperately looking for a way out of this mess they created by anointing the senile but arrogant Joe Biden as Commander in Chief—

 

The only other Democrat in the race for the nomination in 2024 that has any significant support is RFK Jr. and the party bosses do not want him in power anymore than they wanted his father or uncle running the show—they just don’t do as they are told and they have this annoying habit of supporting the Constitution and actually believing in America as a concept and as a great nation—and that government over-reach is the biggest threat to us all—even in the near term—

 

Meanwhile—the games with our elections are still being played in every single state that will allow for it—like Pennsylvania—where putting as many mail in ballots in circulation is key to gaming the entire system

Here are 3 big things you need to know right now—

 

Number One— Hunter Biden is suing the IRS—claiming he was targeted and embarrassed—weird considering he got out of paying millions in back taxes—when the statute of limitations ran out—

 

Number Two— Michigan State University is once again in a firestorm—as they announce they will fire the head football Coach Mel Tucker—for sexually harassing a rape survivor last year—

 

Number Three— The 2024 Election is pretty boring in a lot of ways right now— I mean—I am bored with all of it at the moment—there isn’t much excitement, at least not yet—

 

I mean, there isn’t much drama is there? 

 

Former President Donald Trump is leading his primary challengers by a mile—and there is nobody that is even reaching double digits in the polling lately—and even with 91 pending charges—it doesn’t look like anything is going to change anytime soon—his bedrock of support is above 40% and the latest poll from CBS showed him with that magical number of 50%-- and so it looks like he will be a shoe in—

 

In fact after a sit down interview with NBC News and Kristen Welker—the media at large is lamenting why they should talk to him at all—I mean he’s just the former President that could become only the second President in history to be elected to non-consecutive terms—yeah and that was back in the late 1800’s when Grover Cleveland pulled it off—the only other former President to run was Teddy Roosevelt in 1912—and he finished second in that race—BUT was running as an independent—

 

So, here we have a guy on the cusp of making history again—and the only man that before being President never served in government before hand—in fact Herbert Hoover was the only other President elected—that had not previously run for office or been a military officer before winning the Presidency—

 

And speaking of boring—Joe Biden is sleeping his way through another election cycle with no significant challengers—BUT that is because the Democrats don’t want any challengers in the primaries—at least not yet—you see under the twisted rules of the Democrat Party—Robert F Kennedy Jr. would have to haul in 70% of the vote to overcome the Super-Delegates that can basically vote for anyone—

 

Which is weird—I mean Kennedy in many respects is a good candidate for the Democrats—he believes in the welfare state and hates guns—BUT he also believes in the Freedom of Speech and thinks the Covid lockdowns were unconstitutional and he hates the surveillance state too—so he is on the outs with the party—NOT to mention, he decided to run and he DID NOT have permission of the power brokers to pull a stunt like that—

 

So, Joe is also up by a mile—and if he can maintain any semblance of being in control of himself he will be re-nominated—BUT the faithful are sure getting nervous—because they know he is not running at full speed anymore—you know a sandwich short of a picnic—and it scares the hell out of the blue team—

 

But with Trump and Biden running ahead by 50 points or more of their respective fields—a rematch is today the most likely outcome for 2024—and right now it appears President Trump would win that contest—because Biden is losing support from all sectors and its getting worse by the day— 

And look this is the kind of thing that is coming front and center every single day—

 

The media throws curve balls at Trump, Biden eats ice cream and lays on the beach—while they give old Joe a pass on everything— 

But regardless of dishonest commentary like that— Democrats are leaving—even if they don’t love Trump—they liked his policies and know he was fighting for them—

 

So, that’s when the curveballs and gotcha questions are sent flying towards 45—

 

And while Trump is fighting legal battles on 4 fronts—Joe Biden and his entire family are getting put under the financial forensic microscope—and what is being found is not good—in fact its looking worse by the day as well—because there is a lot of explaining to do—

 

And all of this is fine and well—BUT like I said I am bored—what if there was a more electric match-up—what if we had something totally different—

 

Some people ask me—if it wasn’t Donald Trump—who would you prefer to be on the ballot in 2024—well if I may be so blunt—I am not sure its anyone else in the GOP race right now—

 

But there is a guy who I think would be a total bad-ass for the Republicans—a guy who calls a spade a spade—and is never afraid to call out stupidity when he hears it—and its that kind of blunt honestly we need around here—

 

So who is that—well its this guy—

 

Come on—this guy is maybe the best Senator of my lifetime—and if he ran for President—he would get my vote—

 

And for the record—even right now—I would love to see him debate the other Kennedy—can you imagine how much fun that would be—the fur flying—two very smart men with the same last name getting down to it—like an epic Hollywood Death Match—complete with Claymation!

  

In fact right now—I will offer to moderate Kennedy Versus Kennedy—any time and any place—I am the guy who wants this political battle on prime time—

 

Let them know they’ve been invited—
