Here are 3 big things you need to know right now—

 

Number One— Former President Bill Clinton is breaking with Democrats—and says the southern border is a crisis and it must be secured—or else we are in real trouble—

 

Number Two— Former President Donald Trump appeared in person for a session of the New York Kangaroo Court—trying desperately to convince you he committed some heinous act—years before he ran for President—

 

Number Three— Normally Donald Trump in court would lead the way—and the judge in the case—after laughing and being generally jovial in what appeared to be an inappropriate way—actually dumped about 80% of the case against the former President—and I will get to that in a bit—

 

BUT I will start today where we were yesterday—and that is with the war inside the Republican Party—that apparently has turned into a shooting war—politically speaking—

 

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz delivered on his threat to challenge Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy for the position of Speaker altogether—

 

This is the first time since 1910 that a sitting Speaker has been challenged to vacate the seat—and its not clear how any of this will go—because it appears likely—that it may take Democrats to keep him in the position—and of course if that happens—more promises will be made behind closed doors—and its not McCarthy who is losing here—

 

Its you and its me—its America—

 

Because there is no such thing as public funds or government money—the only way the government gets money is by taking it from us—the taxpayers—government doesn’t make any money—they only squander it—

 

Right now we are on the most reckless out of control spending spree in American history and this comes after quite a few notable spending sprees in the past few decades—Our debt stands at $33 Trillion dollars—a number that is so big—it really is hard for most people to even conceive how much it is—and under Joe Biden’s deal with his socialist Democrat friends, and allowed by Republicans—the debt is growing by a jaw dropping $2 Trillion dollars a year—or more—

 

To put it mildly—we are screwed—and the people we have sent to Washington to get things back in order—the people we sent to stop the socialists from putting the final nail in America’s coffin are failing miserably—they are failing us—

 

BUT the question is—how will this stunt by Matt Gaetz fix any of it—or make any of what the fools on the other side are doing any better—or is it all just a futile exercise now—and something the Uniparty wants in pursuit of the Green New Deal or Agenda 2030—or some other misguided policy that torches the Constitution of the United States?

 

Is Matt Gaetz a gallant hero or is he just flailing in futility in pursuit of something that will never happen?

 

Well he wasn’t holding back after his historic move on the House floor—and said the blue team can have the Speaker—

 However Gaetz may have written his own political obituary by doing what he did—as an ethics report investigating him for Bribery and other serious crimes is winding through the system and is nearly complete—AND with so many Republicans mad as hell—he may get the boot—because a whole lot of Democrats will take great joy in kicking him out too—

 

But there is one other big thing keeping kevin McCarthy buoyant right now—and that is Donald Trump—

 

Speaking of the former President—he had a big day in court Monday—

Number One— The Batwoman of Wuhan is warning another Corona-Virus outbreak is highly likely—and the ominous warning should come as no surprise—with so many in government worldwide pushing for Covid 2.0—

 

Number Two— It may be the biggest lie of the year—Squad member Democrat Jamaal Bowman claims he pulled the fire alarm—not understanding that would cause a fire alarm in a Congressional building—It doesn’t pass any stink test—BUT what does these days—

 

Number Three— Well, to absolutely no one’s surprise the House and Senate worked into the weekend—into the wee hours to pass another terrible stop gap spending bill that continues to bankrupt America—and mortgage the future of generations to come—

 

$33 Trillion dollars in debt—and nobody seems to care—this by the way is exactly what I predicted would happen—no government shutdown—just another ‘I Owe U’ to our kids and grandkids—

 

And in the spotlight now is Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz—who is among a small group of Republicans that killed an earlier budget deal that would have cut spending by 8% for a month and added some security measures at the southern border—and now in the wake of the latest continuing resolution—he is calling for Keven McCarthy to be removed as Speaker of the House—BUT he may have over played his hand—

 

I believe Gaetz is right about having 12 separate appropriations bills to run the government—BUT he wasn’t going to force that to happen by the end of the fiscal year this year on September 30^th—it seems to me, his constituents and the nation would have been better served going with the first bill instead of going with brinksmanship—that ultimately failed—

 

AND now Gaetz has become the target of angry Republicans that are tired of his grandstanding caterwauling approach to politics—and they are now preparing a motion to have him expelled from Congress altogether—

 

Of course, that has nothing to do with calling for McCarthy’s head—at least not directly—BUT it is directly tied to an ethics investigation into his behavior—and a pending report—

 

According to one report—there are Republicans behind the scenes that cannot stand him—and say he is a very smart guy that lacks all morals—

 

So, if the ethics report that is almost complete comes back with findings of guilt—he may well get booted from the chamber—

 

It takes a two thirds majority to do that—and with Gaetz not making many friends lately—that could certainly happen—

 

Again, I agree with his point on 12 bills—all to be debated separately BUT we are not there yet—

 

AND of course every Democrat would vote to expel him—as they are dealing with their own problems involving Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey and his pending bribery and corruption charges that were recently unveiled—

 

Ah yes Washington is such a nice place this time of the year—fall is in the air—and so is the smell of the rotting institutions and the very flawed people that work there—

 

Yes, the swamp is deep, dark and dank—BUT what did you expect from these people anyways? High standards? Please!

 

For the Republicans this is a tough spot—the House is down to 433 members currently and the GOP margin is razor thin—and George Santos is already facing federal charges for his charade to get elected in 2022—so if two more Republicans are removed—the margin is something like 2 votes—JUST 2—

 

On Sunday—McCarthy told ABC this is a personal matter with Gaetz targeting him— 

And with the newly minted continuing resolution signed by Joe Biden over the weekend—Gaetz has plenty of ammunition BUT it looks like it might be his own political demise that comes from this current mess—and its not a good place for the Republican Party to be right now either—

 

The ethics probe that has Gaetz in peril began in 2021 and involves a host of issues including: campaign finance questions,

Taking bribes, using illicit drugs and accusations of hooking up with an underage girl—all of which he denies—

 

But like I said—he is not popular on the Hill right now—

 

Beyond that the New York freshmen—questioned the motives driving Gaetz right now—

 

However this is not an easy place for the progressives who are staring at the worst polling numbers for a sitting President in my lifetime—who are already paranoid that if Joe Biden is nominated to run for a second term next summer in Chicago—that they could get shelled in November—with Republicans hitting a Trifecta—winning the White House, taking back control of the Senate— and holding the House—

 

So now they are put in the position of coming to the rescue of Kevin McCarthy—

 

But let me make another early prediction—Kevin McCarthy survives—and holds on—barely—but holds on to the gavel—and it seems many of those on the left feel the same way—
