• NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore have returned to Earth after a nine-month stay on the International Space Station, longer than planned due to issues with their Boeing Starliner spacecraft. They splashed down off Florida’s coast in a SpaceX capsule on Tuesday afternoon.

• Presidents Trump and Putin have agreed to begin talks on a limited ceasefire in Ukraine. Russia has committed to a 30-day ceasefire on strikes against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and a prisoner swap will take place today.

• Frontier Airlines is offering free checked bags on select nonstop flights through August 18th, responding to Southwest's recent decision to end its long-standing free baggage policy. This move aims to attract customers shifting away from Southwest.
