—Here are 3 big things you need to know—

Three— Tiger Woods is recovering from major surgery on his right leg after being involved earlier in the day in a “high-speed” single-car accident outside Los Angeles. Woods suffered open fractures to both the upper and lower portions of his tibia and fibula in his right leg, as well as damage to the ankle bones. There was no evidence of impairment, according to the sheriff’s department.

Two— Michigan's K-12 students won't get to skip standardized tests this spring as they did last year when the COVID-19 pandemic was surging. But they will get some flexibility in how they take them and schools can request waivers from some testing goals that apply during normal years. Michigan and several other states had requested waivers from testing requirements because of the difficulties of administering them under COVID-19 protocols.

And number one— White House press secretary Jen Psaki defended the reopening of a migrant facility at the border for children under the Biden administration, saying it is a "temporary reopening" amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Is sure sounds like "kids in cages" to many, though. The audio is coming up.

—Here are 3 big things you need to know—

Three— The Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear arguments in a California DUI case that has sweeping implications for police power in the U.S. The question at issue: When can police enter a home without a warrant? Civil liberty groups say the case could vastly expand police powers, allowing home entry for a wide array of minor offenses.

Two— Golf legend Tiger Woods is recovering from a lengthy surgery to repair what a doctor said Tuesday night were "significant injuries to his right lower extremity" suffered in a single-car rollover crash hours earlier on a steep roadway in a Los Angeles suburb. Authorities said there was no immediate evidence that Woods was impaired.

And number one— Is Joe Biden putting kids in cages at our border? It certainly seems that way and the White House couldn't explain its way out of the allegation on Tuesday. We'll have audio coming up.
